Recipe: DIY Dry rub for Ribs
Dry Rub for Ribs
A simple dry rub for pork ribs. Tastes great on chicken too.
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1.5 tbsp paprika
- 1.5 tbsp table salt
- 1.5 tbsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Mix together the brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub into pork ribs. For best results, allow ribs to marinate overnight. Grill ribs as desired.
Aluminum foil can be used to keep food moist, cook it evenly, and make clean-up easier.
